Brief Background

Novalco Enterprise Philippines, Inc. was established by Mr. Rudy Lau from Singapore as the principal stockholder. He is one of the major owners of Novalco and Chemalco Enterprise Singapore, Ltd., one of the leading companies in the ethanol business in this part of the globe, being backed up by a solid and extensive manufacturing and distribution network of owned or affiliate distilleries and trading companies. He comes from the family that owns Molindo, a leading producer of ethanol in Asia since 1965.

Through Novalco Singapore, Mr. Lau has been directly serving selected major customers in the Philippines for many years now particularly in ethanol for biofuels. He is in the process of expanding the business to serve other industries in the Philippines by creating a local company to focus on the non-fuels market primarily consisting of the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, liquor, food flavoring, and aerosol products sector.

The Company was incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 30, 2015 primarily to engage in importation, exportation, storage handling and trading of alcohol. It was registered with Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority as a Freeport enterprise on 13 January 2016.
